What payment methods are available to me?

The following payment methods are currently available to you:

  1. Prepayment – Bancontactct: We book the items you want for up to seven days from the order. This allows you to transfer or pay the order amount in peace during this time. You will find our bank details in the order confirmation that you will receive by email directly after you have placed an order. When transferring, make sure all directions are complete and correct so that we can assign you the transfer correctly and that you receive your order quickly. As soon as we receive the full payment of the order on our account, we will be able to process your order, pack your goods and send it; we will inform you again at that time (confirmation of sending). Your order usually arrives within 4-10 working days depending on the country of delivery.
  2. Credit card: The simplest form of payment. We accept Visa and Mastercard cards. The store does not store your credit card data.
  3. PayPal: Do you have a PayPal account? In this case, don’t hesitate to use this method of payment. If not, open a PayPal account on PayPal. This account will also allow you in the future to make purchases quickly and safely in many international online stores.
Is the online payment secure?

We attach great importance to security when dealing. Your data is transmitted only in encrypted form, so that third parties cannot read it. Your credit card payment is processed by a certified security partner.

How much are the shipping costs?

Delivery is free in Belgium.

For all other countries, a package of 10 euros will be requested regardless of the number of products purchased.

How can I see the status of my order?

If you have registered at the online store, you can view your personal data and order data under “My Account” and after you have logged in. For each order, you are notified if the order is already paid for or if it is being shipped. We also send you an email when we receive your order and a second email as soon as the goods leave our stock (shipping confirmation).

If you are not registered, you cannot view your order online at a later date. However, you will always be informed by e-mails.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by claiming your right back. Simply return the goods to our return address or make a direct return by returning the goods to delivery. You can find the legal details of your right of return in our CGVs in the “Right of Return” section.

Who pays the return costs and how is the purchase price refunded?

You can return every item you purchased from the online store within 14 days of receipt by asserting your legal right of return. You can find the legal details of your right of return in our CGVs in the “Right of Return” section. To ensure a return is smooth, please be careful of the following:

If you choose to return the goods to us, pack it so that it cannot be damaged during transport.

Please tell us the reason for your return. This will allow us to learn more about your dissatisfaction and improve our service.

With the items you return, it is imperative to attach a free paper detailing your invoice number and/or your customer number (in case of prepayment, please provide your bank details as well) so that this return will also be given to you without difficulty and that the purchase price is refunded to you.

If you make use of your right of return within 14 days, the return costs are our responsibility if you live in Belgium otherwise it will be at the buyer’s expense.

We do not accept returns of unjustified goods and especially when:

  1. The 14-day return period has elapsed.
  2. you are trying to defraud us in a blatant way.

If the goods are not returned unauthorizedly, we will contact you as soon as possible.

As soon as we receive your return, it is checked and a stamp is created. Depending on the payment method you have selected, the amount is credited to your credit card or PayPal account. In case of bank payment, we will make a transfer to the bank account used at the time of purchase.

As a general rule, the purchase price is refunded within one week after receiving the return.
